Let the Season begin

Now it is official, for me at least.  Yesterday was the Shoppe Around the Corner's annual Christmas Open House.  My friend, Glo, introduced me to this wonderful event a year or so ago and I have told everyone I know about it.  One step into the shop and 'visions of sugar plums dance' in my head.  And the profits go to such a worthy cause, Meals on Wheels.  So, without further ado, let the bells ring out...

 And these are the ornaments I bought.  The cardinal for our old home in St. Louis and the pretty gold one because it was pretty and gold...lol

 and these darling little finials that are about 2-3 inches and were 1.95 each...can't wait to play.
