Friday, we had our traditional "yea! It is pay day" celebration and shared a bottle of wine at Dimitri's on the River...lovely breeze and a chance to catch up with our favorite waiters and waitresses there.
Sat morning, E cooked us a wonderful breakfast and the sausage was bacon so not as bad (GOOD) as it looks.
Sat. morning I headed out with the Women Who Do Lunch Bunch for a field trip. After a visit to a scrapbook store about 40 min. away, we headed into Dunedin for lunch. Cynthia found this great little British Tea House (compete with a beer garden, just sayin') and the food was amazing! Put this on your list of Must Dos for your next visit to us, everyone!
And, when I got home, this was waiting for me...the lilies are the same ones I carried at our wedding 18 years ago.
Tomorrow starts our last week with the Grands for summer and our last week with the Twins for before and after school care. They will be heading out to the big school where their mama teaches for pre K next year. Papa and I will have our little girly girl . This is kind of bittersweet for us but we are all looking forward to new adventures this summer!
