This week is just racing by...slow down, slow down! E has been working lots and we have tons of stuff going on besides and I guess time passes fast when you are a)busy or b) having fun. We have an open house (our last) on Sat. and this weekend is Pirate Days down on the beach. E is working but I am hoping that Kristen will come down and join me for some pirate fun. We can hopefully hook up with my sister and some of her friends as well (I'll call you soon, Janet). This mermaid was designed and cast by the husband of the couple who own Paradise Found where a bunch of us went on a scrapbook retreat not too long ago. This man's art work was everywhere and very good. I was drawn to the mermaid as I love them. When Janet and I were playing "shop til you drop" during her and Bob's visit here, we kept finding mermaids of all kinds and proportions. I think it is an omen, lol.
I won a scrapbook contest at www.littlescrapbox.com and first prize was a nice big sum of money to spend in the on-line store. It took me way over and hour and a half to look at everything in the store and decide what I wanted to order. I managed to spend it all, and ended up 3cents over...lol. Now I can't wait to get the pkg. and see if I can remember what all I ordered: lots of Daisy D papers that is for sure. Love that stuff!

Congratulations, I loved that layout when you put it out awhile back....Love how you did the words. Did you do them with the WB?
