Ship Tour of Sydney

Our 3rd. day in Sydney, we boarded a bus from the ship and were given a grand tour of Sydney, the Opera House, various sections of the city and the famous Bondi Beach.  The tour took about four hours and was a wonderful and stress free way to view this amazing city.

The Opera House tour had to be among one of the top ten things we did on this trip.  It is an amazing structure it itself but the icing on the cake was listening to the Sydney Symphony practicing for an upcoming performance.  The acoustics are incredible.

We toured the harbor and the surrounding areas.

While this is not on my bucket list, everyone we talked to who did walk across the Bridge was thrilled.

These row houses reminded me a lot of new Orleans and Savannah, Ga.

and Bondi Beach where we were able to get our and walk a bit.

Then it was back onto the ship for some relaxation before dinner and on to a day at sea.  Next stop, Melbourne!
