It is Terrific Tuesday!

and I am posting some pics from Bob and Janet's visit here in Paradise. Janet has been here before but we had not had the pleasure of Bob's company. What a wonderful evening of friendship and food! E outdid himself. Here we are inbetween courses, which ones I can't remember. But they were all so good! We started around four thirty in the afternoon and didn't end until around ten or a bit later that night. We did stop to put in a call to our pal, the Kipster, who we were missing muchly!

This was our dessert for Sunday evening and it is even more yummy than it looks. It is a frozen lemon custard with a raspberry champaigne sauce and it actually quite light.
On Monday, we dropped poor E off at work and we hit Bell Tower Mall, home of Fresh Market and tons of other boutique type stores. Janet did some Christmas shopping and Bob bought a cute little collectors mice set with the mice all dressed up for Halloween...he is one sweet man.

We had lunch at D'Amichi's (sp?) and the food was so wonderful. We split this cannoli with ice cream for a sweet treat and then all had to go our seperate ways. Safe trip friends!
