Sunday with the gals
Janet fixed us an amazing breakfast of chocolate waffles covered with a mix of fresh raspberries and strawberries, drizzled with white chocolate...omg. Wonderful way to start the day! We took a walk on the beach and made our own 'sand sculpture. Won't that make a fun first page for our Gathering of Goddesses albums?
We headed out to the pier and to some cute shops nearby and then Janet's brother joined us for lunch at the Sand Bar Restaurant. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was not at all bothered by having four women on his arm for lunch.
We gathered our belongings (which took a long time as we had all settled into Janet's lovely beach front home) and headed off home after Janet, Anne and Steve returned from the craft fair. Kip and I were left unsupervised for a tad bit too long and had such fun playing sit and spin with one of Janet's turtle ottomans ans waving at the cameras on the house next door!
Today Anne and I are off in search of Gator shirts for her and her honey, a must stop at Ruban Rouge, lunch at Rusty Bellies (named after a clam or fish...can't remember which)and the rest of the tour of Tarpon Springs. E is cooking us something amazing for supper and then I believe it will time for a dip in the hot tub with a nice glass of white wine!
Will put up a few more pics when I can. Love to all.
