And then there was one...

This is the first morning I've been without one or two or all of the girls and I don't like it. But, I am trying to be brave and to share our Clare nicely and realize we all have lives that go on when we are not together.

Today, we got all the Christmas things that were stored in the attic. It is only suppose to get up to 68 today and that makes climbing the ladder into the nornally hot garage attic tolerable. We've put those things into the Guest Room as we have no other company expected until after Thanksgiving. We're having our Open House on Dec. 5, our Thankmas with my sister and all her family here on Dec. 19 and lots of fun holiday things planned in between. We like to have the whole house decorated by Thanksgiving Day so that evening we can kick off the season by turning on all the lights both inside and out. Hoping to avoid the power outages of years
Every year we say we're going to cut back and every year we say, just one more year of full out Griswalds! lol

Hope you have a great day!

Oh your disappearing company pictures are interesting and just a little sad! Still I know you will have lots to do to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Jules, I sure do miss you and we had so darn much fun that I'm still smiling when I think of the funny things we did.
Hugs Janet

Oh, Jules I love the pictures....although a little sad, as Pam commented!
I am thinking Jan Buzun should be getting the lights up before the cold settles in...It has been unseasonably warm for a few days now...gotta love that!!

Would it sound wrong if I said I love the pictures? You know what I mean. Mostly I am missing the people in them! Such lovely times together. Wish we could start all over again!
