I've already told you all about the fun crop at KnK yesterday so I'm going to back up a bit and tell you about my great Friday too. It was a busy day filled from sunrise to sunset but all of it fun. I started with yoga and did the hour and a half practice. My new friend, Joanne, was there as well as a young gal who is also new to our community. It went fast and felt so good to work out some of the kinks from this sinus infection. The antibiotics are helping too.
Then it was off to see Anne Marie, my hair cut gal at the salon just up the street. She is a wonder and actually listens to me and what I want. We tried a new cut with a bit more length but lots of jagged edges like I like and we went lighter with the tipping to a platinum color that I love. I had E take a pic of me before we went to bed so i could remember how to fix it.
From Anne Maria I was off to Ruban Rouge to visit with the Friday Night Crop Crew...missed you dear Jean! But always good to see Jackie and Diane and hear how much better Diane is doing with her neck problem. And yes! Jackie, Janet will be coming back and we'll all get together to crop. I know Diane and Jean will love her too! And my friend Pam B whom some of you met last summer when she was at RR will be back to visit E and I in April and wants to come cropping with us one Friday too.
While I was at Ruban Rouge, I got to also visit with Lisa, the owner. I love her dry wit and sense of humor. She showed me the invoices for all the cool new product that is coming to the store so I could pick my faves and be notified when they arrive. Becky, you need to get up there and do the same. And I am looking forward to her Bazzil order that she put in to completely restock her card stock section of the store. Lisa, let me know if you need any help unpacking...I love the smell of new paper.
And that brings me up to last night when the kids came over for supper. While the babies were not rocking and rolling, I did feel one do a slow roll into a new position,...very exciting. And here is Kristen in all her twin baby bump glory at almost 25 weeks. I need to scrap these! No more sono pics for a couple of weeks.
Today Rob and his house mate Dave are bringing Dave's truck and moving out the final things Rob has stored in our garage. I sure missed a photo op when I didn't take photos of the before, during and today, the after of our garage as Rob has been emptying it. I'm not sure what E will do with all that room. Maybe the guys can get started on the train installing around the Christmas Village after all.
Have a great weekend and a wonderful week to come.
