Biking the Trail

Now that the weather has turned nice again, E and I have resumed our bike rides. Today, we headed through Anclote Park to the trail and headed into town. Of course you know what that means, Tuela's on the Trail, a Greek omelet and the amazing trail fries.









I am off to help more with Kristen's closets today. She was not feeling well yesterday (now on meds for an cold/infection that has settled in her ligaments around her ribs) so we just went out to lunch and shopping (ah, a pair of pants in size 8 for me...I had to check the label twice!).

I need to stop at the book store on my way. I want to start the Writer's Way again for the 4th time...each time I've done it or gotten almost through it, I've had amazing results. Maybe this time I'll finish it. I gave my copy away to a friend and need to replace it. A bunch of us did this with a facilitator on the old ckmb and am thinking of forming a group of like minded people to give it a shot. So much of the work is self reflective and it is easier to share off a public blog or message board.
