Wednesday afternoons have become reserved for the Crew at Ruban Rouge. I come home after yoga, get cleaned up, gather some things to work on and head up to meet the gals. Some days there are just a couple of us; some days up to five. However many, we always go out to lunch after cropping for a few hours. Lately, with the weather as lovely as it had been, we've headed to Jack Willies in Oldsmar to sit outside on the water. Yesterday, Diane had her grand children (the ones who are so well mannered and cute as a button to boot)and was taking them to McDonald's and Jean is not on Spring Break until next week, so Jackie and I decided to stay a bit closer to home and headed to the Marathon Grill off 19 on Nebraska where we usually go when Katherine crops with us.
The owner is so welcoming and friendly, Linda, our waitress, was attentive and so sweet. and the food....just look for yourself. Both Jackie and I had the chicken burger with spinach and feta and Marathon's amazing homemade parmesan potato chips.
When I got home, there was a big package from A Cherry on Top with my two new Tim Holtz dies in it along with my goodies to design with for this coming month's reveal. Guess what I'll be playing with today?
Yoga today at 9 at Temple Goddess Studio in Tarpon Springs and then a day at home with my honey. The pool temp is up around 85 and I see some swim time in our future. Hope your day is a good one.
