Snap shots of Paradise

We leave in under two weeks for the beach. We bought these weeks back in the mid 80s and have never had a single regret. After Hurricane Charley, all the units were redone and are just so pretty. Our view is striaght into the Gulf and the palms off our tiny screened in porch keep it cool and breezy.
We have a busy couple of weeks between now and then so I am sure the time will pass fast. It will be good to hang out, float in the pool and hit the happy hours up and down the beach. All the fun starts the Friday before with about 9 people spending that night here with us.

This morning is like one of those technocolored post cards that your grandma sent you from her tirps to Florida long ago. The sky was shades of peach and pink and the softest blue and the palms were silhouetted against this backdrop.

I am off to Anna Marie (a?) Island today to meet two friends for lunch. It has been awhile since I saw Janet and hanging out with the Kipster is always a fun time. Will post pictures upon my return. Have a great one everyone. Posted by Picasa
