Short one today...playing catch up.

E and I cleaned a bit this morning and then hit the road running! We are trying to develop a plan for the yard below the pool and have been pricing and scouting. We'd like to make it into a New Orleans' type courtyard and are picking up an arbor tomorrow for starters. Wish us luck.

We headed north today and ended up way up 54. We were on the prowl for a bike shop near a Target that sold a Sirus bike carrier. We talked to some people last weekend who had finished a ride on the Pinellas Trail and were loading their bikes. It looked so easy. We fight with our bike rack and it never feel secure. So we did find the place finally and we did get the new rack. Not only does it appear to be easier to load the bikes but it so light weight! Yeah. Will let you know as we are planning to ride down near Dunedin next week.

Because we were so far northwest, we went by the house we built and then let go because our house in Ft. Myers did not sell. I am now completely convinced that things happen for a reason. Some one did buy the house but there are lots and lots for sale in the neighborhood and it looks a bit deserted. I love where we live now and know that this is where we are suppose to be!

We had lunch at Ukelele Brands for old time sakes. The buffalo chicken sandwich is to die for and we were entertained by jumping fish and lots of turtles in the lake while we waited for our food.

I got my order from Somerset Shoppes today and one from Michele from CTMH....big biscuit mail day as my friend, Kip likes to say!

Something I have fallen in love with: Pearl Ex Two-tone color (the one I have is gold/violet) and I've been stamping and edging with it since we got home. LOVE IT!

Off to curl up on the couch with my honey. Great tv night with Bones followed by House! Be still my heart!
