Anyone else use ads as sketches?

Two of my favorite magazines to get ads from for inspiration are Southern Living and Coastal Living. I also use these two mags to get ideas for color combos along with Martha Stewart's. This is an ad I found last year and this is my version of it. I kept it way simple (a new twist for me, what?) as I think the pictures should take the stage front and center! That is my pal, Kip, taking the photo in the right lower picture and these were all taken on Anna Maria Island last weekend. Thanks again for the invite Janet dear! and for the ride, Kippy!
