Fan or Stalker? You decide

I have a site meter and I do check it. I am a curious person by nature and checking my site meter lets me know 1) anyone is reading my blog (lol) and 2) the location of those who are kind of enough to read it. Recently, a friend of mine and I noticed an inordinate amount of hits on our blogs from Wesley Chapel, Florida. I know exactly one person in Wesley Chapel and this was not her ip. When I got 5 hits from the same ip in an 17hours period of time, I wondered why. Most people who read my blog know I generally only blog once a day so nothing would have changed. I blocked that ip as it was a bit spooky to me. Since midnight, I've had two more hits both from WC (neither one of them my friend's} with the ip only one digit difference. I could upgrade my blocker tool and prevent the fan? from viewing my blog but why? So, fan or stalker, it really doesn't matter...enjoy the blog whomever you are.
