We were told to wear all white and come to the top deck for Greek Night in Athens before we sailed...so we did. I had brought my tunic top that I bought on a cruise with the girls one year to Mexico and had a pair of white pants...E came close, Jo had all white and Bill was almost there. I have borrowed Jo's pics here as I can't find where I stowed mine but she took some great ones.
A dance and band troop from Athens entertained us...the chefs prepared typical Greek dishes (lots of lamb) and, of course there was ouzo! Not a big anise fan myself so took a pass on that after dinner drink...OPA!
We had such fun and, after dinner, retired to our balconies, donned our comfy robes and watched the ship pull out of port. The next day was a sea day and the second of our formal dinners. So, tomorrow, I'll post a few pics from one of the high lights (for me at least) of the trip...the Amalfi Coast!
Thanks for hanging in here with me, those of you who have. I so appreciate it. We're almost winging our way back stateside...just a day or two more, I promise. Then to scrap this trip...oy vey!

Now that really looks like a fun evening. it had to have been hard to have that trip come to an end, I can see why you loved it so much.
