Sunday in Paradise

We have a wonderfully busy day yesterday. Jo came over around ten and walked into town through the nature preserve with E, Clare and I. We headed to Toula's on the Trail for breakfast and meandered up to the little local farmer's market to shop for supper which Clare and I were cooking: Caribbean lemon chicken soup with cilantro. (I'll post a pic and the recipe later today as it was soooooooooo good!)

Jo headed home to her condo to read the paper; we futzed around here and did the prep work for the soup (four hours in a crock pot and the house smelled so good).

Around 2 Jo came back over and the three of us girls headed to the craft fair down on the Sponge Docks...didn't buy much but had such fun looking around. Clare did buy a pretty top at one of the stores. We ate about seven and finished confirming our plans for the outing on Wed. to Anclote Island and the lighthouse. Jo's sister, Sandy, is coming into town for a week so there will be four of us.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Glad you are all having so much fun together! Clare is getting great weather, and I hope it's not too chilly for what she was hoping for. HUGS!
